Kay Sin has joined Mobeus an Investment Manager. She is responsible for identifying and executing new investment opportunities and collaborating with our portfolio companies to deliver on value creation strategies. Prior to joining Mobeus, Kay was a Manager at PwC in Corporate Finance, where she executed both sell-side and buy-side transactions, predominantly within the TMT sector.
Kit Schutzer-Weissmann has joined as Origination Manager. He will be responsible for driving origination efforts for the firm across our target sectors, identifying and developing investment opportunities at both a platform and portfolio level. Before joining Mobeus, Kit was most recently part of RSM UK’s origination team, where he supported the national M&A efforts by sourcing sell-side mandates across a variety of sectors including business services & financial services.
