The acquisition complements ATG’s existing ‘BSpoke’ and ‘Cycling for Softies’ brands with a platform for cycle operations in the heart of the sought-after central Italian regions of Tuscany and Umbria. This will be the group’s sixth European operating base for leisure cycling and their first in Italy, adding to existing French operations in Provence, Loire Valley, Champagne and Bordeaux, and English bases in Sussex and the Cotswolds.
Mobeus originally backed the MBO of Ski Solutions in 2017 and following the acquisition of Wilderness Scotland a year later, formed ATG. The group’s leading adventure brands offer tailor-made experiences from skiing and cycling in Europe and North America to hiking and sea kayaking in the Scottish Highlands.
